Joe served our country as a Marine and we are proud to have him represent Creepy Creatures, Inc. At Creepy Creatures, we have the greatest respect for our veterans. Recently, we had two issues with veterans.
The first was an Iraq War Vet who lost his leg in combat. He had an out of control ant issue and his other pest control company could not resolve it and continued to charge him. I told him that we would send out Joe, a fellow vet. I could hear the crack in his voice as he said “You’re sending out one of my brothers?”.
Joe and I both agreed the best thing to do was to offer annual service at no charge. Given we are such a small company, we cannot do this often but we do it when we can.
Around the same time, a past client told us about her father-in-law, a Korean War Vet, was being overrun with rats and needed help. Once again, I sent Joe out and as usual, he took care of things…you can see the screenshot below of how they felt about Joe.
