Honey bees can nest just about anywhere. You can find them underground in water meter boxes, inside walls of homes and you can even find honey bees 50′ high up inside hollow trees. We have both European honey bees and the more aggressive Africanized honey bees. On some occasions the two bees can mate and create hybrid Africanized honey bees and yes, they live in Palm Harbor.
